Set up ArcGIS GeoPlanner

ArcGIS GeoPlanner is a premium app hosted on ArcGIS Online or ArcGIS Enterprise. To use GeoPlanner, you must have an ArcGIS organizational account and a named user license.

GeoPlanner is an embedded app in Enterprise. To access GeoPlanner, complete the following steps:

  1. Browse to your organization home directory, https://mywebadaptor.mycompany.com/myportalname/portal, and sign in as an administrator.
  2. Click Organization in your organization, and click Licenses.
  3. Click Import Licenses.
  4. Click Choose File and browse to your GeoPlanner license file.
    License:

    You can obtain a license file from My Esri.

  5. Click Import.
  6. Click Organization in your ArcGIS organization, and click Licenses.
  7. Click Add-on Licenses.
  8. Scroll down to the Application section and click Manage for GeoPlanner.
  9. Configure a license for an organization member.
  10. As that member, access GeoPlanner at https://mywebadaptor.mycompany.com/myportalname/apps/geoplanner.
    Note:

    Ensure that your portal has a federated server and data store.
