00058: Multiple layers reference a single feature class

Your data frame contains multiple layers that reference a single feature class and you are publishing a map service with WFS capabilities.

Solution

Change the data source for layers so that there is only one layer per feature class. You may need to create new feature classes if appropriate data does not exist.
Alternatively, you can remove layers so that there is only one layer per feature class.

Multiple layers cannot point to the same feature class if you are publishing a map service with WFS capabilities.
