ArcGIS Workflow Manager offers two capability licenses for managing work: the Server Standard and Advanced roles. The Workflow Manager Server Standard role provides organizations with standard Workflow Manager capabilities to design, configure, and administer user-driven workflows.
The ArcGIS Workflow Manager Server Advanced role is an optional add-on that provides additional capabilities for automating workflow configurations. Your organization must be licensed with the Workflow Manager Server Advanced role to enable advanced functionality in the web app.
