ArcGIS Data Store se registra en un sitio de ArcGIS for Server que haya establecido como servidor host de Portal for ArcGIS. Debe actualizar todos los componentes de este sistema a la misma versión.

Antes de actualizar ArcGIS Data Store
Antes de poder actualizar ArcGIS Data Store, debe descargar los archivos de instalación para la versión de ArcGIS Data Store a la que desea actualizar, hacer una copia de seguridad de su data store y actualizar ArcGIS for Server y Portal for ArcGIS. Si va a utilizar un big data store espaciotemporal para archivar datos de gran volumen, también deberá actualizar su instalación de ArcGIS GeoEvent Extension for Server.
- Descargue los archivos de instalación de software de ArcGIS Data Store más recientes desde My Esri.
- Ejecute exportmanageddb para crear una copia de seguridad completa de los data stores de caché de teselas y relacionales. Asegúrese de que los archivos exportados se almacenen en una ubicación remota y segura.
- Actualice Portal for ArcGIS, el Web Adaptor del portal, ArcGIS for Server y su Web Adaptor, y ArcGIS GeoEvent Extension for Server (si lo tiene instalado). Upgrade ArcGIS Data Store
ArcGIS Data Store is provided as a setup program named Setup.exe. You can upgrade using the setup program (an interactive wizard-driven experience), or run Setup.exe from a command prompt or script to silently upgrade ArcGIS Data Store.
Nota:
Upgrading ArcGIS Data Store will restart your service.
Upgrade using the setup program
- Double-click Setup.exe to launch the setup program.
- During the installation, read the license agreement and accept it, or exit if you do not agree with the terms.
- If you accept the license agreement, the ArcGIS Data Store setup program displays the features that will be installed.
- The
account used by your existing installation is prepopulated in the
ArcGIS Data Store input box.
Provide the password for the account. Typically, this
is the password you defined when installing the software. If the
password has changed since you installed the software, you need to
provide the password you designated when modifying the account.
If the password
is not validated successfully, an error message is displayed
indicating the password is invalid. If you are unsure of the
password for the account, contact your system
administrator.
Nota:
Earlier versions of ArcGIS Data Store used the Local System account to create the ArcGIS Data Store service. At version 10.4 and later, you specify a local user or domain user account to start the ArcGIS Data Store service. If you are upgrading from ArcGIS Data Store 10.3 or 10.3.1, you must manually provide this account full control to your ArcGIS Data Store content directory (the default location is C:\arcgisdatastore).
- To complete the installation, follow the directions on the screen.
Silently upgrade
Rather than run the setup program, you can run the Setup.exe file at a command prompt or in a batch script.
When silently upgrading using Setup.exe, you must specify the account used by the software. Typically, this is the account you defined when installing the software. If the account has changed since you installed, you need to provide the user name and password you designated when modifying the account.
Nota:
Earlier versions of ArcGIS Data Store used the Local System account to create the ArcGIS Data Store service. At version 10.4 and later, you specify a local user or domain user account to start the ArcGIS Data Store service. If you are upgrading from ArcGIS Data Store 10.3 or 10.3.1, you must manually provide this account full control to your ArcGIS Data Store content directory (the default location is C:\arcgisdatastore).
If you do not specify the account, or it does not match the account used by your current installation, the installation process displays a message indicating the credentials could not be validated. As a result, the installation will exit.
In the following example, the account used by the software is myaccount:
<path to ArcGIS Data Store setup download folder>\Setup.exe /qb USER_NAME=myaccount PASSWORD=mypassword
For example, to run the command with a domain account, such as mydomain\myaccount, with the password 4myI.s0nly, type the following:
\\machinename\mydownloadfolder\Setup.exe /qb USER_NAME=mydomain\myaccount PASSWORD=4myI.s0nly
Precaución:
Command line parameters are case sensitive. If you are having trouble upgrading, confirm the case matches the properties as shown in the examples.
Volver a configurar el data store
Después de actualizar un equipo de ArcGIS Data Store, debe volver a configurar el data store con el mismo sitio de ArcGIS Server que estaba usando antes de actualizar.
- Para volver a configurar un data store relacional en espera o un data store de caché de teselas y relacional que se están ejecutando en el mismo equipo, utilice el Asistente de configuración del Data Store o la utilidad de comando configuredatastore.
- Si utiliza únicamente un data store de caché de teselas (utilizado para las cachés de teselas de capas de escenas) y tiene su propia base de datos administrada, use la utilidad de comando configuredatastore para volver a configurar el data store de caché de teselas en espera.
- Para volver a configurar un big data store espaciotemporal, use la utilidad de comando configuredatastore.
Después de actualizar y volver a configurar el data store de caché de teselas o relacional principal, o el primer big data store espaciotemporal, repita los pasos de actualización y reconfiguración para el data store de caché de teselas o relacional en espera o para todos los big data stores espaciotemporales adicionales.
Una vez que el sitio de ArcGIS Server, el portal y todos los equipos de ArcGIS Data Store se hayan actualizado con la versión más reciente, sus capas web alojadas existentes estarán disponibles para su uso y podrá publicar nuevas capas de entidades alojadas y capas de escenas alojadas, así como archivar datos de observación de gran volumen de Evento geográfico.
