ポータル ログを操作するとき、イベントをより効果的にキャプチャするために、一部のログ設定を変更する必要がある場合があります。 たとえば、組織にサイン インおよびサイン アウトするユーザーに関するイベントをキャプチャするために、ログ レベルをデフォルトの [警告] から [情報] に変更する必要がある場合があります。 また、(ディスク領域を節約するために) ログをハードディスク上に保持する日数を減らしたり、ポータルのログを格納する場所を変更したりすることもできます。
Portal Administrator Directory を使用して次の設定を指定します。 すべての変更はポータルで直ちに反映されます。
- Portal Administrator Directory を開いて、管理者としてサイン インします。
URL は、通常 https://webadaptorhost.domain.com/webadaptorname/portaladmin です。
- [Logs] > [Settings] > [Edit] の順にクリックします。
- ログ設定を調整するには、[Edit Log Settings] ページ上のオプションを使用します。
ログ レベルの指定
イベントは、迅速な対処を必要とする問題を示す [Severe] から、ポータルの通常の使用を通じて生成される詳細な情報メッセージである [Verbose] まで、その詳細のレベルが異なります。
ログ レベルには次のタイプがあります。

Debug | Highly verbose messages designed for developers and support technicians who want to obtain a better understanding of the portal's state when troubleshooting. Don't use this level in a production environment; it may cause a decrease in performance. ログをハードディスクに保持する日数の指定
デフォルトでは、ログがディスクに保持される期間は約 90 日です。 この期間を超えたログは削除されます。 これより短い期間 (たとえば 30 日) を指定すると、ログ ディレクトリのサイズが予想以上に大きくなるのを防ぐことができます。
ログの場所の指定
ポータルのログが書き込まれるデフォルトのディレクトリは <Portal for ArcGIS installation directory>/usr/arcgisportal/logs です。 ログのパスは、ポータル コンピューター上のローカル ディレクトリに設定する必要があります。 ログ ディレクトリを指定するときには、ポータルのルート レベルで場所を指定してください。 ログの場所としてネットワーク ディレクトリを指定しないでください。
注意:
ログ ディレクトリは、ポータルのコンテンツ ディレクトリとは関係ありません。 コンテンツ ディレクトリの場所を変更しても、ログは (上で示した) デフォルト ディレクトリ、または指定したディレクトリから移動されません。
