Location Referencing for Server uses your current ArcGIS Server license system. To be enabled, the software must be registered on each machine it is installed on.
Visit My Esri to obtain an authorization file (by email, fax, phone, or mail) for the following:
- Esri Roads and Highways for Server
- Event Editor (installed as Roadway Characteristics Editor, included with Esri Roads and Highways for Server authorization)
- Roadway Reporter
- ArcGIS Pipeline Referencing for Server
- Event Editor (included with ArcGIS Pipeline Referencing for Server authorization)

To register your products click Start > All Programs > ArcGIS > ArcGIS for Server > Software Authorization on the Software Authorization Wizard.
