View Usage reports

The ArcGIS Monitor Server application allows you to view Usage reports that provide you with a summary of Internet Information Server (IIS), Microsoft Azure, and Amazon Elastic Load Balancing transaction and performance metrics for counters in your collection.

注:

A log parsing add-on, available from the ArcGIS Monitor gallery site, must be installed and configured to view this report.

  1. Follow the steps in Access the ArcGIS Monitor Server application.
  2. Click Reports on the main menu and click Usage.

    The Usage Reports view appears.

  3. Click the Set Time drop-down arrow and choose a time range.
    注:

    The Time Range fields are read-only and display the time range chosen in the Set Time drop-down list.

  4. Click the Collection drop-down arrow and choose a collection.
  5. Click the Reports drop-down arrow and choose a report.
  6. Click the Log Parser drop-down arrow and choose a log parser.
  7. Click Execute.
    注:

    If the Log Parser extension was just added, there will be no records found in the report. After 1 hour, if there are any requests, the report data should be populated.

    The report contains the following items:

    • Service Type—The ArcGIS Server service type
    • Totals—The total request count for the chosen time frame
    • HTTP 500s—The HTTP 500 return code count for the chosen time frame
    • AVG (sec)—The average response time in seconds
    • 0-1 (sec)—The request count when the response time was between 0 and 2 seconds for the chosen time frame
    • 2-3 (sec)—The request count when the response time was between 2 and 4 seconds for the chosen time frame
    • 4-5 (sec)—The request count when the response time was between 4 and 6 seconds for the chosen time frame
    • 6-10 (sec)—The request count when the response time was between 6 and 10 seconds for the chosen time frame
    • 11-20 (sec)—The request count when the response time was between 11 and 20 seconds for the chosen time frame
    • 21-30 (sec)—The request count when the response time was between 21 and 30 seconds for the chosen time frame
    • 31+ (sec)—The request count when the response time was greater than 30 seconds for the chosen time frame
