This functionality requires a license for the ArcGIS Workflow Manager Server Advanced role.
ArcGIS Workflow Manager Server Advanced 角色用于创建作业活动以在执行特定作业活动时执行特定操作，例如发送电子邮件。

- Access the Workflow Manager web app.
- Click the Design tab.
The Design page appears.
注：
The Design tab won't appear if you don’t have sufficient privileges.
- Click the Job Templates button
. The Job Templates panel appears.
- 单击要为其创建作业活动的作业模板：
面板中将显示作业模板。
- Click the Automated Actions tab.
If you don't have a license for the ArcGIS Workflow Manager Server Advanced role or sufficient privileges, you won't be able to configure automated actions.
- 在作业活动部分中，单击添加活动。
即会将新活动添加至作业活动部分。
- 单击类型下拉箭头，然后选择要与操作关联的作业活动。
- 添加注释 - 当注释添加至作业时执行所选操作
- 分配作业 - 当将作业分配给另一个用户时执行所选操作
- 结束作业 - 当结束作业时指定所选操作
- 创建作业 - 当创建作业时执行所选操作
- 删除作业 - 当删除作业时执行所选操作
- 设置当前步骤 - 当重新路由作业工作流时执行所选操作
- 单击操作下拉箭头，然后选择要执行的操作。
- 单击模板下拉箭头，然后选择要使用的电子邮件模板。
- （可选）重复步骤 6 至 9 添加更多活动。
- Click Save to save the job template.
编辑作业活动

- Access the Workflow Manager web app.
