The ArcGIS Data Interoperability server extension uses Feature Manipulation Engine (FME) technology from Safe Software. In 11.1, the ArcGIS Data Interoperability server extension includes FME version 2022.2.1.0, which supports new formats and tools. ArcGIS Pro 3.1 also includes the same version of FME.
