Obtain an authorization file

Available with Data Interoperability license.

Each machine with an installation of the ArcGIS Data Interoperability server extension requires an authorization file.

Note:

For those outside the United States, contact your local distributor for information about how to obtain an authorization number.

Complete the following steps to authorize the ArcGIS Data Interoperability server extension:

1. Obtain an authorization file from My Esri. You can receive this file by email, fax, phone, or mail.
2. Use the ArcGIS Server Software Authorization Wizard to add the ArcGIS Data Interoperability license feature to your site. The wizard starts after the ArcGIS Server installation completes. You can also start the wizard from the ArcGIS Server program group.
