Location Referencing Server uses your current ArcGIS Server license system. To be enabled, the software must be registered on each machine on which it is installed.

Roads and Highways
- ArcGIS Roads and Highways Server (enabled with Location Referencing Server license)
- ArcGIS Event Editor (enabled with Location Referencing Server license)
- Roadway Reporter (requires a Roadway Reporter Server license)
Pipeline Referencing
- ArcGIS Pipeline Referencing Server (enabled with Location Referencing Server license)
- ArcGIS Event Editor (enabled with ArcGIS Location Referencing Server license)
