Uninstall the ArcGIS Maritime server extension

Available with Standard or Advanced license.

Available with Production Mapping license.

Available with ArcGIS Maritime license.

The following steps guide you through uninstalling the ArcGIS Maritime server extension using the Windows Control Panel:

Note:

If Maritime Chart Service is enabled for any map services, the Maritime server object extension (SOE) must be deleted first.

Remove the Maritime server object extension

Complete the following steps to delete the SOE:

1. Sign in to ArcGIS Server Manager.

   Your manager URL is https://<server name>:6080/arcgis/manager.

2. Click Site.
3. Click Extensions.
4. Click the Delete button next to MaritimeServer.soe to remove the extension.

   The Maritime Chart Service capability is now removed from all map services for which it was enabled.

5. Browse to the maritimechartservice folder location and delete the system folders created when Maritime Chart Service was enabled.

   Refer to Set Maritime Chart Service properties for more information on folders that contain relevant files.

Uninstall Maritime server

Complete the following steps to uninstall Maritime server:

1. Access the Windows Control Panel from the Start menu or search box.
2. Under Programs, click Uninstall a program.
3. Click ArcGIS Maritime <version> server extension in the Programs list.
4. Click Uninstall.
