Uninstall the ArcGIS Maritime server extension

Available with Standard or Advanced license.

Available with Production Mapping license.

Available with ArcGIS Maritime license.

Before uninstalling the ArcGIS Maritime server extension for Linux, the Maritime server object extension (SOE) must be removed from your ArcGIS GIS Server site and all associated files must be deleted. The following steps guide you through removing the SOE and uninstalling Maritime server:

1. Sign in to ArcGIS Server Manager.

   Your manager URL is https://<server name>:6080/arcgis/manager.

2. Click Site.
3. Click Extensions.
4. Click the Delete button next to MaritimeServer.soe to remove the extension.

   The Maritime Chart Service capability is now removed from all map services where it was enabled.

5. Browse to the maritimechartservice folder location and delete the system folders created when Maritime Chart Service was enabled.

   Refer to Set Maritime Chart Service properties for more information on folders that contain relevant files.

6. Browse to the ArcGIS GIS Server installation location and run the uninstall command:

   $ ./uninstall_MaritimeServer.sh

   The MaritimeServer folder is now removed.
