ArcGIS GeoAnalytics Server 11.0 includes updates, a new tool, and enhancements.
If you're upgrading to ArcGIS GeoAnalytics Server 11.0, you must reauthorize your software. You can obtain a new license file from My Esri. At 10.9, the ports required by GeoAnalytics Server have changed. Ensure that the required ports are open before upgrading.

New analysis tools and tool enhancements
The new Snap Tracks tool matches time-enabled points (tracks) to nearby lines.
The Snap Tracks tool can be run through ArcGIS REST API, ArcGIS Pro, and ArcGIS API for Python.
The Summarize Within tool has been enhanced and now allows you to specify whether fields contain rate or count values when calculating summary statistics. This capability is only available in ArcGIS REST API, ArcGIS Pro, and ArcGIS API for Python. In Map Viewer Classic analysis, all statistics are calculated assuming the field values are of type rate.
The Group by Proximity tool now provides a new attribute relationship parameter. Use this parameter to define how to group features based on a defined attribute relationship. Arcade expressions are supported as input. This tool can only be run through ArcGIS REST API, ArcGIS Pro, and ArcGIS API for Python.
