GeoPlanner is a web app hosted on ArcGIS Online or ArcGIS Enterprise. You can access GeoPlanner from any device with an internet connection. This includes laptops, desktops, notebooks, and tablets. Your device must have a minimum resolution of 1024 pixels by 768 pixels for best results when using the tools and dashboard.

Data requirements
You must have an ArcGIS organizational account to use GeoPlanner. You can access data shared from ArcGIS Online or Enterprise.
Enterprise requirements
You can configure and use GeoPlanner with Enterprise 10.5 and later.
Enterprise
GeoPlanner is an embedded portal app in Enterprise. When you install Enterprise, you have access to GeoPlanner. The following components are required to successfully use GeoPlanner with Enterprise:
- Base deployment
- Enabled spatial analysis tools in Enterprise (if you want to use them in GeoPlanner)
- Named user license configured for GeoPlanner
