ArcGIS for INSPIRE Classic 10.8.2 requires ArcGIS Server 10.9.1 and ArcGIS Desktop 10.8.2.
ArcGIS for INSPIRE Classic 10.8 and 10.8.1 requires the same version of ArcGIS Server and ArcGIS Desktop.

System configurations not listed in this section may work for your ArcGIS for INSPIRE Classic implementation; however, deploying ArcGIS for INSPIRE Classic in an unlisted system configuration may result in unknown issues.
