You can add link charts from a portal into your Knowledge Studio project as portal content items. Portal content items can only be added to a project once.
Note:
To add a link chart to your project as a portal content item, it must use the same knowledge graph service as the project.
- Click Manage Content
at the bottom of the Project Contents
pane.
- Click Add Content
.The Import content from portal dialog box appears.
You can browse, search, filter, and sort portal content to find the link charts you want to add to the project.
- Select any number of link charts to add as portal content items.
- Click Next.
The link charts are added to the Project Contents pane as linked portal content
items.
Add link charts as project content
You can import link charts from a portal into your studio project if it references the same knowledge graph as your Knowledge Studio project. Link charts added in this way will create a local copy inside of your Knowledge Studio project.
- Click Manage Content
at the bottom of the Project Contents
pane.
- Click Import as copy
. The Import Content dialog box appears.
You can browse, search, filter, and sort portal content to find the maps you want to import into the project.
- Select any number of link charts to import.
- Click Next.
Your link charts appear in the Project Contents
pane as project content items.
Open a link chart in a new project
You can open a link chart in Knowledge Studio directly from a portal. This creates a new Knowledge Studio project using the knowledge graph the link chart references. The link chart will be added as a portal content item.
Note:
You must save the project in order to create a Knowledge Studio project on the portal.
- On the Contents page of your portal, click Options
. Optionally, click the link chart to open the Overview page. - Click Open in Knowledge Studio
The link chart opens in a new Knowledge Studio project as a portal content item.
