Notebook templates
ArcGIS Notebook Server Notebook templates are a new low-code experience that allow users to select from a collection of ready to use notebooks organized into predefined categories that allow you to begin with a working example. For more information, see Create a notebook.
WebhookReceivers secret property deprecation
The ArcGIS Notebook Server webhookReceivers resource will no longer return the secret property when called.

The following user experiences have been updated at ArcGIS Notebook Server 12.0.
Bulk notebook runtime updates
You can now perform bulk updates of notebooks running on deprecated notebook runtimes from the Notebooks home page. See Specify the runtime of a notebook for more information.
Notebook webhook receivers in the home app
Notebook webhook receivers can now be created and managed within your portal's organization settings. See Automate notebook workflows with webhook events for more information.
Notebook runtime 13.0

Python 3.13
The ArcGIS Notebook Server runtimes now include Python version 3.13.
Tensorflow deprecation
The Tensorflow library is deprecated and will no longer be included in the notebook runtimes.
