If you have sharing privileges, you can use the Share button on the map viewer to share presentations, a collection of slides that show various views of your map. From the Share pop-up, you have options to copy a short link and embed the presentation in a website. You need to save your presentation before you can share it.
Share a link to a presentation
You can share a URL that links directly to a presentation. Sharing a direct link to a presentation is ideal if you want to provide a seamless, efficient way for others to view your presentation. When someone clicks the link to your presentation, it opens in a web page designed for viewing the presentation. For example, the page includes buttons to go to the next slide and back to the previous slide.
Note:
Be sure your presentation is shared at the correct level before you send out a link. For example, if you want to send a link to the general public (and your organization allows it), your presentation needs to be shared with everyone (public).
- Verify that you are signed in with privileges to share content.
- Open the map with the saved presentation in the map viewer.
- Click Share and in the Link to this map section, choose Presentation. You can also use the provided buttons to post your map to your Facebook and Twitter accounts, embed your map, and make an application.
- Select and copy the URL that appears and paste it into an email, instant message, and so on.
