Esri provides Amazon Machine Images (AMIs) you can use when building a site on Amazon Web Services (AWS). You can use the AMIs with the ArcGIS Enterprise Cloud Builder Command Line Interface for Amazon Web Services, AWS CloudFormation templates, or the AWS Management Console to deploy ArcGIS Enterprise or build stand-alone ArcGIS Server sites.
AMIs are publicly available from AWS Marketplace; you do not need to contact Esri Customer Service to access most of the ArcGIS Enterprise AMIs.*
*To use AMIs in Chinese regions, you need to contact your regional office.
Available AMIs are as follows:
- Esri ArcGIS Enterprise 10.7.1 on Ubuntu
- Esri ArcGIS Enterprise 10.7.1 on Microsoft Windows
ArcGIS Enterprise 10.7 AMIs are no longer available.

To deploy ArcGIS Enterprise or a stand-alone ArcGIS Server site, use the ArcGIS Enterprise Cloud Builder Command Line Interface for Amazon Web Services utility and Esri sample AWS CloudFormation templates.
If you will use the AWS Management Console to create a stand-alone ArcGIS Server site from these AMIs instead, follow the instructions in Launch an EC2 instance running ArcGIS Server.
