Upgrade ArcGIS Server from 10.7.x
Upgrading directly to ArcGIS Server 11.4 from version 10.7.1 and earlier is not supported.

With the retirement of ArcGIS GeoAnalytics Server, you will no longer be able to register a Big Data File Share.
