Members of your organization can access ArcGIS Enterprise Sites by signing in to your organization's ArcGIS Enterprise with their Enterprise account.
To sign in to ArcGIS Enterprise Sites, complete the following steps:
- Open your organization's portal website in a browser window.
- Select Sign in at the top of the portal website home page.
- Select the app switcher
next to your user profile and then select
Sites.
Note:
You do not need to sign in or have an account to search for and download public items on publicly shared sites that have been configured for Anonymous downloads.The ArcGIS Enterprise Sites user workspace
Once signed in, you can access your ArcGIS Enterprise Sites user workspace. If needed, select your user profile and select View workspace to access your user workspace. In your user workspace (My workspace), you can view your recent content and get started with key workflows. What you can access in your user workspace depends on the privileges assigned to your account and how content is shared.
- In the Overview pane, you can access a summary of content in the organization, view all content, or view recently modified items.
- In the Content pane, you can browse, search, and filter content
items. Select an item name to view the item. Select the Manage
button next to an item (displays for those you can edit) to open the item's workspace. - In the Groups pane, you can browse, search, and filter groups. Select a group name to view the group. Select the Manage button next to a group (displays for those you can edit) to open the group's workspace.
Note:
From the workspace of any other item such as a site, page, or content item, select My workspace to return to your user workspace.
