Members of your organization can access ArcGIS Enterprise Sites by signing in to your organization's ArcGIS Enterprise portal with their Enterprise account.
To sign in to ArcGIS Enterprise Sites, complete the following steps:
- Open your organization's portal website in a browser window.
- Click Sign in at the top of the portal website home page.
- Click the app switcher
next to your user profile, and select
Sites.
Note:
You do not need to sign in or have an account to search for and download public items on publicly shared sites that have been configured for anonymous downloads.ArcGIS Enterprise Sites workspace
Once signed in, you can access the ArcGIS Enterprise Sites workspace. Click your username, if necessary, and select View workspace to access the workspace. What you can access in the workspace depends on the privileges assigned to your account and how content is shared.
The Enterprise Sites workspace is organized on multiple tabs where you can view your content and get started with key workflows. You can click an item name to view the item, or click the Manage button 
to update details and settings for the item. Click My workspace in the header to return to the Overview pane.
Note:
The Manage and Edit layout buttons are only available on items you can edit.
The following tabs are available in the Enterprise Sites workspace:
- In the Overview pane, you can view recently modified items, organized on tabs by item type. For sites and pages, click the Edit layout button
to open the item in edit mode. - In the Content pane, you can browse, search, and filter content items.
- In the Groups pane, you can browse, search, and filter groups, including filtering by shared update groups and open data groups.
