If you need to change SSL or TSL certificates for Version 2 (V2) deployments, you must use the Azure portal to do so. See the Microsoft Azure documentation for instructions.
Version 1 (V1) deployments are no longer supported in ArcGIS Enterprise Cloud Builder for Microsoft Azure. Therefore, the option to install an SSL (or TLS) certificate is no longer present in Cloud Builder.
