Uninstalling Esri Roads and Highways for Server silently for 10.3.1

You can silently uninstall Esri Roads and Highways for Server 10.3.1 by running the msiexec.exe command. This uninstalls all the features associated with Esri Roads and Highways for Server all at once, including Roadway Reporter and the Roadway Characteristics Editor.
- Open a command prompt.
- Execute one of the following commands to uninstall.
