ArcGIS Monitor Server provides a detailed view of the latest alert conditions—based on the last alert time—for all your collections.
Perform the following steps to view alert conditions for your collections:
- Follow the steps in Access ArcGIS Monitor Server.
- Click Alerts on the main menu.
The Alerts view appears and displays the following indicators for all collections:
- A blue information icon in the Level column indicates that there is an alert that may need to be investigated and addressed.
- A yellow exclamation mark in the Level column indicates that there is a warning alert that needs to be investigated and addressed.
- A red exclamation mark in the Level column indicates that there is a critical alert that needs to be investigated and addressed.
- A green check mark in the Status column indicates that the alert has been resolved.
- A red exclamation mark in the Status column indicates that the alert has not been resolved.

- Optionally perform the following steps to filter and sort the Alerts view:
- Click the Set Time Range drop-down arrow and choose a time range.

The Time Range fields are read-only and display the time range chosen in the Set Time Range drop-down list.
- Use the Level, Status, Monitor Service, and Logs check boxes to include or exclude alerts from the Alerts view.
- Click the Collection drop-down arrow and choose a collection.
- Click the Category drop-down arrow and choose a counter type.
- Click the Counter Name drop-down menu and choose a counter.
- Click the Names drop-down menu and choose a counter name.
- Click a column header in the Alerts view to sort the alerts in ascending or descending order.

Click Set Default Filters to reset the filters to their default values.
- Click the Set Time Range drop-down arrow and choose a time range.
- Optionally click a link in the Last Alert column to view a chart and statistics for the counter alert.
- If a link appears in the Counter Name column, optionally click the link to view recent log file details.
- If a link appears in the Name column, optionally click the link to open the REST service page.
