Dashboards created with Operations Dashboard can be opened directly with their URL. You can also modify the locale using a URL parameter.
Dashboard URLs always begin with <yourPortalUrl>/apps/opsdashboard/index.html?.
Open a saved dashboard
To open a saved dashboard, use its item ID at the end of the URL, for example:
https://<yourPortalUrl>/apps/opsdashboard/index.html#/4f539791b2f1418cb5403891f1a7be50
Dashboards that have been shared publicly can be accessed using the www.arcgis.com domain in addition to your organizational domain. For example:
https://www.arcgis.com/apps/opsdashboard/index.html#/4f539791b2f1418cb5403891f1a7be50
Switch locale
To switch the language used to display the app, add the locale=<language code> parameter to the end of the dashboard URL.
