ArcGIS Monitor Administrator is a desktop utility that allows you to manage collections, monitor services, counters, users, port numbers, and email notifications, and perform administrative tasks. Before you can begin monitoring your enterprise GIS, you'll need to create a connection to the ArcGIS Monitor Server application. Once the connection is established, you can begin creating monitor services and counters to collect data and configure real-time alerts to notify you when measurements are outside of defined system thresholds.
