Survey123 ステップでは、ArcGIS Workflow Manager で ArcGIS Survey123 調査を収集、表示、および編集できます。

Survey123 ステップでは、調査フォームから拡張プロパティ テーブルを作成し、調査データをジョブに関連付ける必要があります。 調査が送信されると、関連付けられた拡張プロパティ テーブルに、調査で収集されたデータが設定されます。 調査フォームから拡張プロパティ テーブルが作成されていない場合、調査は収集できますが、ジョブから収集されたデータにアクセスすることはできません。

Workflow Manager Web アプリでステップが実行されると、ステップで構成された調査がジョブ タイルに表示されます。 ステップが ArcGIS Pro で実行されると、[Web で開く] ボタンがジョブ タイル上に表示され、ステップで構成された調査が Workflow Manager Web アプリで開きます。ステップにヘルプ テキストが構成されている場合は、ジョブ タイルの下部に表示されます。

注意:

ステップを実行するユーザーが、ステップで構成された調査フォームを表示、編集、または送信するには、Survey123 で十分な権限を持っている必要があります。

注意:

ステップで構成された調査が ArcGIS Workflow Manager Server と同じ ArcGIS Enterprise ポータルでホストされていない場合、異なる Web ブラウザーを使用して Workflow Manager Web アプリと Survey123 にサイン インすることをお勧めします。 ステップの実行時に同じ Web ブラウザーで複数のポータルにサイン インしている場合は、Workflow Manager の認証情報ではなく、Survey123 の認証情報が調査へのアクセスに使用されます。

When the step is run, the following actions can be performed:

• 構成された調査は、送信、表示、または編集することができます。
• The step can be cancelled by clicking Cancel.
• The step can be finished by clicking Proceed.

ステップの構成

To configure the step, do the following:

1. Create or edit a workflow diagram to access the Step Library panel.
2. [Survey123] を [ステップのライブラリ] パネルからワークフロー キャンバス上のステップの接続矢印にドラッグします。

   The Step Details panel appears.

3. Provide a name for the step in the Step Name text box.
4. [Survey123 フォーム] セクションで、[Survey123 フォームの追加] をクリックします。

5. 次のオプションのいずれかを選択して、Survey123 フォームの配置先を指定します。

   • [ArcGIS Online] - ArcGIS Online にあるパブリックの調査を追加します。
   • [その他] - 別のポータルにあるパブリックの調査を追加します。
6. [その他] を選択した場合は、[ポータル URL] テキスト ボックスに調査を含むポータルの URL を入力し、Enter キーを押します。

   たとえば、形式は https://webadaptorhost.domain.com/webadaptorname になります。

7. 調査のフォーム ID を [フォーム ID] テキスト ボックスに入力します。
8. [参照名] テキスト ボックスに調査の名前を入力します。
9. [OK] をクリックします。

   調査が [ステップの詳細] パネルに表示されます。

   注意:

   調査を削除するには、[調査の削除] ボタン をクリックします。

10. [リレーションシップ] 切り替えボタンをクリックすると、Workflow Manager ジョブとの 1 対 1 ([1-1]) または 1 対多 ([1-M]) の調査リレーションシップを切り替えることができます。
    • [1-1] - リレーションシップを 1 対 1 に設定し、1 つのジョブに 1 つの調査のみを関連付けることができるようにします。
    • [1-M] - リレーションシップを 1 対多に設定し、1 つのジョブに複数の調査を関連付けることができるようにします。
11. [モード] 設定に、次のオプションのいずれかを選択します。

12. Click the Options tab.
13. Configure Step Options as necessary.
    • Manual—Run the step manually.
      • Optional—Allow the step to be finished without being run.
    • Automatic—Run the step as soon as it becomes active.

      注意:

      If your workflow diagram is configured to automatically run a sequence of steps that includes the Evaluate Data Quality or the Run GP Service step, steps that attempt to run after the user token that started the sequence of steps expires will not run automatically. You must have a license for the ArcGIS Workflow Manager Server Advanced role to continue running the additional automated steps without manual intervention.

    • Run on a Schedule—Run the step according to a schedule you set.

14. Optionally, provide help text for the step in the Step Help text box.

    You can also use the following example to display a dynamic value using ArcGIS Arcade expressions:

    'For further assistance, please contact ' + jobCreator($job) + '.'

15. Optionally, click the Style tab to change the shape and color of the step.
16. Optionally, click the About tab and provide a description for the step in the Step Description text box.

    注意:

    The About tab also contains the step's ID that can be used with dynamic job properties to obtain a step's output.

Return value

When the step is completed, its return value is stored to indicate the result of the step. The return value can be immediately evaluated using paths to determine the next steps in the workflow. You can also retrieve the return value for completed steps throughout the workflow using ArcGIS Arcade expressions. The following table lists the step's return values:

S000001	The step completed successfully.
F000001	The step failed to complete successfully.

When the step is completed, its output value is stored and can be used to determine the path the workflow follows or be used as inputs for other steps throughout the workflow. The following table shows the step's output value:
