ArcGIS Workflow Manager (Classic) Server extension installation steps

Note:

The stand-alone ArcGIS Workflow Manager (Classic) Server extension installer is no longer necessary at 10.9.1. However, the software must be authorized using your Workflow Manager Server extension license key on each machine on which it is installed.

If you don't want to republish your workflow services, you must follow the instructions in this installation guide to install the 10.9.1 version of the stand-alone ArcGIS Workflow Manager (Classic) Server extension. At the next release, the services will need to be republished and overwritten.

These steps are required to install ArcGIS Workflow Manager (Classic) Server.

  1. Verify that your system meets the system requirements.
  2. Review your ArcGIS Server configuration.
  3. Install ArcGIS Workflow Manager (Classic) Server.
  4. Run the ArcGIS Server authorization wizard to add the ArcGIS Workflow Manager (Classic) Server license.
  5. Restart ArcGIS Server services.
