Description
The Spark platform service was not started.
Solution
Talk to your administrator to ensure that the Spark platform service is started. To do this, restart the GeoAnalytics Server service through the Server Manager of your GeoAnalytics Server. For further troubleshooting steps, see Common GeoAnalytics solutions and problems.
