The ArcGIS Monitor Server application provides a high-level summary of the availability of all your collections. Complete these steps to view the availability of your collections:

  1. Follow the steps in Access the ArcGIS Monitor Server application.
  2. Click Availability on the main menu.

The Availability view appears and displays the following indicators for all collections:

    • A large green check mark at the top of the view indicates the number of collections with 99 percent or higher availability.
    • A large red exclamation point at the top of the view indicates the number of collections with less than 99 percent availability.
    • A green check mark in the Status column indicates that the counter availability for the collection is 99 percent or more.
    • A red exclamation point in the Status column indicates that the counter availability for the collection is less than 99 percent.
    • The Availability % column displays the calculated availability for a collection based on critical alerts and uses the counter's sample interval to determine the amount of nonavailability time.
    • The Duration (H:M) column displays the total number of hours and minutes for the time range you chose in the Set Time drop-down list.
    • The Availability (H:M) column displays the number of hours and minutes that the collection was available during the time range you chose in the Set Time drop-down list.
    • The Non Availability (H:M) column displays the number of hours and minutes that the collection was unavailable during the time range you chose in the Set Time drop-down list.
    • The Coverage % column displays the percentage of samples collected during the time range you chose in the Set Time drop-down list. The percentage is calculated by dividing the number of collected samples by the number of expected samples.
